On this day forty-six years ago, the U.S. Supreme Court decided Roe v. Wade, declaring that an unborn child was not a legal “person” and thus possessed no rights under our Constitution, including the most fundamental right: the right to life.
This fateful decision and its consequences continue to tear at the soul of America.
Last week, over 500,000 people peacefully marched for life in Washington, D.C. They were a voice for those innocent unborn children who will suffer in silence.
We know in our collective heart as Americans that killing an innocent, unborn child—the most vulnerable in our society—is immoral and can never be right.
Pray for the protection of all innocent human life.
